BABY SPINACH

It is distinguished by rounder leaves when compared to large spinach. It is best eaten raw, but can also be blanched or cooked. Delicate in taste, it is an excellent base for salad compositions and healthy cocktails. You can emphasize its subtle taste by serving it with cheese or fruits such as raspberries, apricots or strawberries.

Young Spinach is also a rich source of vitamins and minerals that support the good shape of our body. Includes e.g. iron and riboflavin, i.e. vitamin B2, which affects the proper functioning of the nervous and immune systems. However, it should be remembered that spinach contains oxalic acid, so you should not eat too much of it.
