BROCCOLI

Broccoli is an extremely versatile vegetable. It works well as the main star on the plate – in the form of burgers, chops, meatballs or soup. Cooked, it is often present on our tables as an ingredient in salads, casseroles or sauces. But it tastes just as good raw! You can bring out the perfect taste of broccoli by seasoning it with salt and pepper and adding a little lemon juice.

Broccoli is a vegetable with a low glycemic index and calorie content and has a great effect on our body. It contains vitamins K and C, a large amount of potassium, as well as folic acid and sulforaphane, which is a powerful antioxidant, which helps to prevent anemia and cancer.
