ICEBERG LETTUCE
Iceberg lettuce has juicy leaves that are firmer than other types of lettuce. Appreciated in the kitchen for its tenderness and very delicate taste, it is the main ingredient of salads, but it also goes well with poultry, fish or cheese. It can also be successfully combined with vegetables and cooked in soup to get an even richer vegetable broth.
A 100g of iceberg lettuce contains only about 10 kcal, which makes it the least caloric of lettuces. Moreover, it is a rich source of folic acid, which prevents anemia and heart disease. Itl also contains a lot of fiber, which has a positive effect on the intestines and digestion.

Vegetables from the Primavega brand are available in retail chains, e.g. Netto, Carrefour, Auchan, Żabka, Stokrotka, Intermarche, Selgros, Delikatesy Centrum and regionally in selected Frac, Groszek and Lewiatan stores. Our vegetables come from natural field crops and the availability of individual vegetables may vary. Some of our vegetables are available seasonally.
