MINI CONE CABBAGE

Our new mini cone cabbage is slightly different from the usual types of this vegetable we know. It is sweet in taste, and its leaves are arranged in a characteristic cone shape, hence the name. From the outside it has a fresh green color, its interior is a combination of colors: white, yellow and green. Mini cone cabbage has delicate but crunchy leaves with a pleasant, mild and sweet taste.

Mini Cone Cabbage is as fresh as lettuce with all the benefits of cabbage. Compared to lettuce, it has 7.7 times more vitamin C, 3 times more vitamin B6 and 1.5 times more dietary fiber! It also contains minerals necessary for the proper functioning of the body, e.g. calcium, magnesium, potassium.

Its great advantage is the wealth of culinary applications. It can be used for salads or  e.g. coleslaw and hot dishes, e.g. Polish cabbage soup or Asian stir-fry. It will also work in pickles.

Vegetables from the Pole do Popisu brand are available in retail chains, e.g. Netto, Carrefour, Auchan, Żabka, Stokrotka, Intermarche, Selgros, Delikatesy Centrum and regionally in selected Frac, Groszek and Lewiatan stores.
